*Governor Parson Appoints Kevin Selby as Circuit Judge for the 40th Judicial Circuit*

*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* Today, Governor Mike Parson appointedKevin Selby as Circuit Judge for the 40thJudicial Circuit. He will fill the Circuit Judge position created by the Missouri General Assembly in 2018.

Mr. Selby, of Stark City, currently serves as Associate Circuit Judge for the 40thJudicial Circuit. He holds a bachelors degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, and a Juris Doctorate from theUniversity of the Pacific McGeorge School of Lawin Sacramento, California.
