For the last thirty years, more than a million Montanans have been represented by one congressional district. Next year, that all changes.

Montana is gaining a new congressional district, and our state redistricting commission just announced they will deliver the new map in less than 90 days.

This is big news. It means the clock starts ticking right now until we know exactly where the lines will be and who our voters are.

We look forward to introducing Cora to undecided voters throughout the district. But no matter how you cut it, this district is going to be massive. Communicating Cora's background and platform across Montana will take a substantial amount of time and resources.

As you read this email, National Republicans are working on the same timeline to prop up their candidate of choice -- former Trump official Ryan Zinke. They'll be filling his campaign warchest with corporate PAC money, and don't be shocked if we see super PAC spending to prop him up.

Our job is to get the word out that there is a strong Democrat in this race.

Cora is running a home-grown campaign to improve the lives of working families in Montana. She's focusing on local issues like COVID-19 relief for our state's small businesses, attracting high-wage jobs, protecting our public lands, and strengthening public education.
