Friend,

Our old friend Scott Walker has been paying a lot of attention to us since he started his new job as de facto head of the National Republican Redistricting Trust.

He's been all over only conservative media recently talking about how terrible we are for wanting fair maps. In his words, we're trying to "hijack" elections.

I guess Scotty and I have pretty different definitions of fairness. He thinks it's fair when 53 percent of Wisconsinites vote for Democrats in his home state, but Democrats end up with only 38 percent of the state's U.S. House seats. I disagree. He doesn't care about fairness -- he only wants to hold on to illegitimate power.

Scott is right about one thing, though: The NDRC is "fighting battles in states all across America" to make sure the maps are fair. And with Election Day 2019 coming up in less than three weeks, our fight is more important than ever.

Will you fight alongside us? Chip in to our mid-month goal, the last one before this election. We can't afford to leave anything on the table.
