Today, I filed a lawsuit to compel the Biden Administration to withdraw its “Remain in Mexico” policy, which has helped facilitate so much fentanyl smuggling into West Virginia and America.
We have seen the incompetence and reckless foreign policy actions coming out of the Biden Administration every week.
The Afghanistan debacle is just the latest in a long string of disastrous actions which are putting China, Russia, and our geopolitical adversaries FIRST, and America LAST.
Biden approved Russia’s NORD pipeline, while stopping construction of America’s Keystone Pipeline. Now, Biden has the gall to ask OPEC for help— AFTER crippling America’s energy independence through his reckless policies.
And the Border. Reckless!
Biden’s open border policies are breaking records in all the wrong ways. While undocumented aliens are streaming across the borders at obscene levels, deadly fentanyl is being smuggled into the U.S. at rates never seen before.
That’s why West Virginia and my Office is stepping up and suing the Biden Administration yet again.
I won’t stand for Biden’s open border policies and his inept foreign policies. A Commander-in Chief is supposed to secure our borders and help protect us.
That’s just not happening under President Biden.
Fortunately, West Virginia is fighting back. We will stop this. We must stop this. We need to reverse these disastrous policies which are putting America Last.
