Ahead of September 20th, we’re working hard to share our plan with Canadians. Reaching online fundraising goals like this one helps to ensure we can continue to run successful campaigns in communities across Canada.
We’re closing in on the end of the first week of this campaign…
And we’re counting on Canadians like you to ensure we build on our strong start, friend!
This morning, Justin Trudeau announced that a re-elected Liberal government will move forward to improve long-term care and support Canada’s seniors. This includes raising wages for personal support workers, including a guaranteed minimum wage of at least $25 per hour; doubling the Home Accessibility Tax Credit, so seniors can stay in their homes longer; and improving the quality and availability of long-term care home beds.
This builds on the commitments we’ve made to Canadians throughout this first week, like our Liberal plan to extend the Canada Recovery Hiring Program to help more Canadians get back on the job, launch the Arts and Culture Recovery Program to support Canadian performing arts and culture venues impacted by the pandemic, and support the training of more firefighters to confront the impacts of climate change.

We only have until midnight tonight to reach our first deadline of the 2021 campaign, and we can’t afford to miss this.
Chip in now to support Justin Trudeau and the 2021 Re-election Fund, and help our Liberal team keep Canada moving forward.
