Friend,

Halloween is coming, and there are sure to be plenty of Harry Potters and Hermione Grangers, Supermen and Wonder Women, ghost and ghouls and goblins. But what if this year, some of the kids dressed up as real heroes?

What if they went as you?

Everyday Heroes Are Our Superheroes!

AFSCME members are everyday heroes in our communities. We work hard to keep people healthy and safe. We work with children, people with disabilities, the elderly. We work in hospitals, libraries, prisons and schools.

So, this Halloween, let’s give kids a new option: dress up like the heroes who keep America running. We’re making it easy.

Submit a photo of yourself on the job!

Halloween may be a night for candy and frights, but it’s also a chance to celebrate our heroes — and that includes the AFSCME members who make our communities strong!

In solidarity,

Amy Hendrick
