Blueprint for Wellness and Health Check

Each year, HealthFlex participants will want to complete the Blueprint for Wellness (BFW) screening and the Health Check (formerly HQ) online assessment as easy ways to evaluate personal health factors and risks for serious conditions. Register for the BFW screening and/or take the Health Check (formerly HQ) by logging into your Benefits Access account (https://my.benefitsaccess.org/login) under "Well-Being" for both wellness opportunities by 8/31 to avoid a higher deductible for 2022 and/or receive $100 in wellness cash! The Health Check will be accessed under the Virgin Pulse section.
