Your story could help us prevent suicides


Do you have a story of survival? If you've reached crisis point but made it through to the other side, we want to hear from you. 

Hearing your stories helps us to form invaluable insights into preventing suicide. By hearing real experiences from people who found the hope they needed to carry on, we are able to build better services and campaigns for those who need them most. 

Talking about the motivations people find to stay alive when suicide feels like the only option can give new hope to those currently struggling.  If you think sharing your story could help us to learn more about suicide, share your experiences below:

We're ready to walk against suicide

Final spaces have been filled, registration has closed, and the Lost Hours Walk is almost one week away. 

With almost 1000 walkers taking to the streets to walk against suicide, we thought it was high time we a look at some of the benefits of walking - aside from raising almost £100,000 to date.
