The pressure is building.

The movement to stop Line 3 is growing and becoming increasingly dangerous for on-the-ground activists: to date, police have arrested over 700 water protectors who are fighting to protect their homes and communities. To make matters more urgent, we’re entering a crucial three week period before Enbridge is slated to finish construction.

But the fight is far from over.

That's why we need you right now. We need you to join us in demanding the Army Corps of Engineers revoke the permits and finally complete an environmental assessment.

Will you write to Assistant Secretary of the Army Corps of Engineers, Jaime Pinkham, and tell him to stop construction on Line 3 until the Army Corps can complete an environmental evaluation?

We know the dangers of a finished Line 3 pipeline — from the threat of potential oil spills, the pollution equivalent of 50 coal power plants, and the environmental implications on the wild rice beds that are crucial to the Indigenous Anishinaabe people’s way of life.

Despite all of this, President Biden’s Army Corps of Engineers has yet to complete a full federal environmental impact statement (EIS) — leaving our land, water, climate, and the ancestral home of the Anishinaabeg at risk. But there’s still time for the Army Corps to revoke the permits and complete an EIS.

The Army Corps of Engineers has a moral imperative to conduct a thorough environmental evaluation of the Line 3 pipeline. Tell Jaime Pinkham: Stop Line 3 construction and instruct the Army Corps of Engineers to complete a thorough environmental evaluation.

We’ve won the fight against dangerous pipelines before — and with your help, we’ll win the fight against Line 3 too.

Thank you.
