Friend,

Women in ministry are often tired, burned out, and depleted of pastoral energy reserves. They long for an oasis of care filled with the unforced rhythms of grace, and as unique as their own ministry experience. Covenant groups with eleven:28 ([link removed]) are a perfect space to meet those needs.

Covenant groups ([link removed]) are built on three principles:
1) Community: women often feel isolated and lonely in their work environments. Covenant groups build deep, authentic relationships.
2) Spiritual Formation: the pastor is always the one leading times of refreshment for the benefit of congregants. Covenant groups create opportunities for their own spiritual lives to flourish.
3) Shared Wisdom: women clergy often lack older role models. Covenant groups establish networks of women who share hard-earned wisdom together.

Covenant groups are a nine-month commitment, meeting once a month. As one participant said, “Covenant groups have been my life jacket for these last two years of difficult ministry; I wouldn’t have made it without them.”

Groups start at just $349 for nine months. For more information or to sign up, click here ([link removed]) .
