Earlier this month we held our 24th annual Leadership Conference bringing together state and national partners to strategize, learn, and connect with colleagues from coast to coast.

The theme of our conference was resilience - a perfect word to describe the strength of this community and the state-based LGBTQ movement. Check out my thoughts on exactly what makes us resilient by watching the video below.

Equality Federation was created by state leaders for state leaders. It is only by working together, in community, that we can continue to make progress on the issues that matter most.
