There’s only one way a Montana Democrat wins our state’s open U.S. House seat in 2022, and that’s by persuading people who didn’t vote for a Democrat in the last election to change their vote in this next election.

Does that sound unlikely? It is. But Laurie Bishop is the only candidate in this race who’s proven their ability to do it. She won her election to the state legislature in a long standing Republican district and her success was no fluke — she kept her seat in two subsequent elections and still holds it today.

I’m supporting Laurie Bishop for two simple reasons. First, she can win. Second, when she does win, she has the rare ability to represent all of Montana effectively and with integrity.
