Wisconsin Democrat Ron Kind will not seek re-election in 2022, and House GOP boss Kevin McCarthy couldn't be happier. Donald Trump carried Wisconsin last year, and there's a strong chance a far-right Republican will fill Ron Kind's empty seat.
