With less than 30 days until Election day and all ballots already mailed to voters, the chance of this lawsuit succeeding is slim. But we must be prepared for all circumstances.
This lawsuit is a desperate attempt to delegitimize the outcome of the Recall by questioning the constitutionality of the Recall process. While this lawsuit will likely NOT SUCCEED, it is clear that Newsom and his cohorts are afraid the Recall WILL SUCCEED on September 14.
