John, have you already received your COVID-19 vaccination?
We’re conducting a survey to collect stories from Women’s Marchers about why they chose to get vaccinated and the challenges you may have faced getting your family and friends vaccinated as well.
When we checked our records earlier this morning, we saw that you haven’t completed your survey yet, and we’d love to get one more response from xxxxxx.
Your feedback is critical in helping us understand the issues we face in combating COVID disinformation and equipping our communities with the information we need to get as many of us vaccinated. Especially now with the rise in Delta COVID cases across the country, states refusing to enforce mask mandates, and schools reopening — our work has become even more urgent.
Have you received your COVID-19 vaccination? |
Thank you,
Women’s March
P.S. We included our original invite below in case you missed the email and want to learn more about why this survey is critical to our COVID disinformation work.
Hi John — I'm Allison. If we haven't met before, I lead strategy for our program, Digital Defenders. It's the largest formation of trained activists fighting disinformation in the country.
I’m writing to you because we currently face a massive disinformation crisis. In my work, I look at disinformation every single day and figure out the best way to push back. Just recently, Republicans like Rand Paul and Marjorie Taylor Greene have taken their COVID misinformation agenda to the next level. From bashing mask mandates, to declaring war on the CDC, they are perpetuating the disinformation crisis online and hurting our country’s ability to survive this pandemic.
Getting as many people as possible in our country vaccinated — and equipping them with the knowledge and information they need to feel confident in doing so — is one of the biggest hurdles facing our nation. That's why we need your help, John.
We want to collect stories from Women’s Marchers about why they chose to get vaccinated and the challenges you may have faced getting your family and friends vaccinated as well.
We at Women’s March know that so many women are the primary caregivers for so many families and the key to vaccinating our communities.
That's why Women's March is focused on reaching women online, listening to their concerns about the vaccine, and combating disinformation by sharing the truth about the vaccines' benefits and safety.
But to do this work, we first want to understand what Women’s Marchers like you are experiencing and hear your COVID stories. So please, if you have five spare minutes today, please take our COVID Vaccine Survey, John, and share your story.
Together,
Allison
