In our last update, we let you know that Antonio officially has an opponent, and that soon enough, special interests would then enter the race too.
As we anticipated, they wasted no time coming after him.
A $5 million advertising campaign was recently launched by a special interest group, and they released an ad specifically targeting Antonio that spews negative and false narratives about the work he's done in Congress.
If we don't act fast, a lot of folks won't get to know Antonio for who he is -- a leader for the people putting love and compassion at the center of all his work.

The way Antonio chooses to lead, with love and compassion, is unique in today's world of vitriolic politics.
Even when being attacked, he chooses to take the high ground. It's one of my favorite qualities of Antonio. And he does this because this campaign isn't about him, or even his opponent -- it's about the people of NY-19. It's about working Americans all over the country. It's about the everyday folks that are too often left behind.
He's proven to be a leader that always shows up and gets the job done -- and you continue to show up for him in the most crucial times too, team.
