Pass the Racial Justice Act for All.

Friend –

Right now, our lawmakers are deciding if California can afford to extend the Racial Justice Act to all who have experienced racism in the courts – serving unfair sentences and facing higher conviction rates due to the color of their skin.

Take action to ensure everyone can pursue justice under the law. <[link removed]>

Let's be clear, the state legislature has a moral responsibility to ensure that everyone can challenge racist convictions and pursue justice.

Racism in our courts has long fueled our mass incarceration crisis. Racial justice must be more than symbolic gestures.

Tell your lawmaker to pass AB 256 and extend the pursuit of justice to all. <[link removed]>

Thanks for taking action,

Abdi Soltani
