The Supreme Court has begun oral arguments for the cases of the fall 2019
term, featuring issues that will inevitably impact the rights and
livelihood of millions of Americans. A case that may impact employment
discrimination for LGBTQ+ Americans, a case that may very well undermine
the legacy and rights enshrined in Roe, and a case that will test the
boundaries of church-state separation. Cases the Religious Right hopes
will create a major windfall this term with Trump’s justices now on the
bench.
