Here's some of what's been going on with the Chapter and upcoming events:

• Hurricane Season is here and we are getting ready! Join us for a meeting this evening at 5:30 to discuss storm preparedness and how we can support each other in the coming months. You can Register for this call Here
• This Friday, the 20th we are having a Zoom Social! We'll be hosting our very own chopped-style competition over zoom so come with your best sandwich making skills or just have fun with us, no cooking required! Register Here
  
  
• Our chapter's delegates attended the DSA National Convention, where proposals and amendments to our National Bylaws where passed and the political direction of our organization was discussed, debated, and planned out! Our delegates will be providing a report back at our August General Meeting, Saturday August 28th at 12pm. You can register for the call Here
• Lastly, reminder you once again that we've moved from our old Slack workspace! Slack is where the majority of our planning and discussion happens between General Meetings, so if you're a member and would like to join the new Slack, have any questions, or are unsure of your membership status, please email us and we'll get it sorted out.
