We just launched a massive ad buy in Virginia!
We’re running three ads against Virginia Republican legislators calling them out for their efforts to block tighter gun laws, including shutting down a special legislative session called in the wake of the May mass shooting in Virginia Beach.
If you don’t remember, this is what happened:
Virginia Republicans blocked a bill banning large-capacity magazines. Then on May 31st, twelve people were killed in Virginia Beach by a shooter armed with the same large-capacity magazines.
Virginia is holding their election soon on November 5th and all 140 seats are up for grabs.
It’s time for Virginia to elect new leaders. Keeping these ads running will help to do that, but we can’t do it alone:
