Biden
signed
an
executive
order
repealing
the
prior
administration’s
Muslim
Ban
*
In
March,
NIAC
launched
its
first-ever
40/40
campaign
to
honor
just
some
of
the
most
inspiring
members
of
our
community
*
In
April,
NIAC’s
#ReSealTheDeal
Week
of
Action
generated
50,000
petition
signatures
*
In
May,
NIAC
hosted
our
2nd
Annual
Virtual
Gala,
featuring
some
of
our
allies
in
Congress,
Iranian-Amiercan
elected
officials
from
around
the
country,
and
prominent
community
members,
artists,
and
activists
*
In
June,
NIAC
organized
its
third
#IAPride
campaign
to
share
stories
from
LGBTQ+
members
of
our
community
as
a
way
of
challenging
community
attitudes
toward
queerness
