Biden said on July 8th, "There’s going to be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of a embassy in the — of the United States from Afghanistan.”

Less than 2 months later, a helicopter had to evacuate that very embassy in Afghanistan and American citizens have been left behind enemy lines because of this feckless "president."
