Leadership Weekly

This Leadership Weekly highlights coaching and capacity building for leaders. We have a case study on what happened when Lawyers for Civil Rights gave all employees the option for coaching twice a month. From our archive comes “Emergent Coaching: Becoming Nimble in Complex Times.” “Voice under Domination” by Cyndi Suarez continues to offer the systemic perspective: “Becoming oneself, being authentic, when one is positioned as subordinate in a system is to challenge it at its core.” Lastly, Edge Leadership and NPQ announce The Voice Lab, a new project that has grown over the last year as more and more leaders of color are coming out of the past year’s challenges with knowledge and ideas to share and a desire to develop their voice.
