Let's not get too confident, team, but CNN just moved Marco Rubio's seat up its list of Senate seats most likely to flip in next year's midterms. The reason for that move is due to Rubio's opponent Val Demings bringing in a sizable fundraising haul of four million dollars last quarter. Great, right? Well, the problem is that Rubio's team is still outpacing Demings by SIX MILLION dollars. Demings raised at a record-setting pace in the previous quarter, yet because Republicans are fueled by billionaires and Mitch McConnell's dark money PACs, they're able to out-raise their opponents. The only way we'll catch up with the GOP is if we get an outpouring of support from progressives across the country willing to fight back against one of the Senate's worst Trump supporters. Listen, it's not enough to defend the seats we currently hold. We have to expand our Senate majority, and Florida is one of our top targets to do just that. Remember, our majority is razor-thin, and every seat we pick up protects us that much more from the GOP's authoritarian dreams.
