Have you checked your mailbox today? Something important is coming -- and no, it’s not the results of your latest “add to cart” binge.

Most Californians will receive their recall ballots in the next few days, John, now more than ever we need help getting out the word about how to fill them out.

To defeat the recall and keep Governor Gavin Newsom on the job, California Democrats should:
1. Vote No on the first question.
2. Leave the second question blank.
3. Mail it back.

Simple as that. Can we count on you to sign up for a volunteer shift today? We need volunteers to call voters over the next few weeks and remind them to vote NO on the recall by September 14.

Beating the Republican recall has to be all of our #1 priority over the next few weeks. A successful recall threatens to undo the important progress we’ve made as a state -- protecting immigrants, expanding access to health care, fighting climate change, and creating common sense gun laws, and so much more.
