Many of my colleagues aren’t lucky enough to have supporters like you who respond to emails like this one, which means they spend more time dialing for dollars or at fundraising events than doing their jobs. It’s not because they enjoy doing it — it’s just the reality of our broken, post-Citizens United political system.
