The mid-quarter deadline is tonight, and I’m going to ask you to make a contribution in a second, but first, let me explain why.

The difference between the past six months and the previous four years is stark.

The Trump Administration was marked by broken promises to workers to bring back jobs while factories shuttered. It was marked by tax cuts for corporations and the top 1% while leaving working-class and middle-class families behind. And it was marked by threats to slash Social Security and Medicare after promising to protect them.

The government we have now couldn’t be more different. We’re putting workers first. That’s why we fought so hard for the American Rescue Plan, stimulus checks, and the biggest tax cuts for families ever. And that’s why we’re fighting for an infrastructure plan to rebuild our economy and create millions of good jobs.

These are all changes for the better, but we can’t let up in our fight because we could lose all of the progress we’ve made. And that’s why I need to ask: Will you chip in before the FEC mid-quarter deadline? We’re working to bring in 2,600 small-dollar contributions before the end of the day.
