As I watched Justin Trudeau deliver his speech on TV, I thought to myself about the work that this Liberal team has been doing to keep Canada moving forward – for everyone.
With the work our Liberal team has been doing since 2015, we have delivered real change. Real change like lifting hundreds of thousands of kids out of poverty with the Canada Child Benefit, building thousands of new, affordable, homes as part of Canada’s first-ever National Housing Strategy, delivering clean drinking water to thousands of Indigenous people in over 100 communities, and making it no longer free to pollute by putting a price on pollution.
This progress is so inspiring to see, and our focus now is on protecting it for families, workers, and future generations who are counting on what we’re doing today.
