Submit your intentions for the feast day Holy Mass on the
Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, August 15.
Dear Friend,
Wishing you and your loved ones a
blessed Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin
Mary!
This photo of the Archbishop of
Poznan, Poland and a priest, leading the pilgrims, kneeling and paying
homage to Our Lady at the end of a pilgrimage to her Shrine in
Czestochowa, Poland is so profound.
Is your pastor, or other priests
you know – would you say they are Marian priests? We must encourage our priests to devote
themselves to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Why? Because the Blessed Mother can show them
how to confront trials with faith.
Whenever a priest will call on Mary for help, there will be the
presence of the Holy Spirit. She will open doors for priests that have
not previously opened.
Do you have First Saturday
Devotions in your parish? If your pastor or the vicar does not lead
the Holy Rosary before or after Holy Mass, encourage them to do so (at
least on First Saturday or Marian Feast Days). Have Holy Masses said
for your priests on Marian Feast Days. Say Holy Rosaries just for
their intentions. Devote Holy Hours of Adoration for priests. Mary,
Queen of the Clergy, give us Holy, Marian Priests!!
Please say this prayer, not
only for your own needs but also for the needs of Cardinal Burke, to
quickly return to good health, as well as for all who are suffering
from contagious viruses and diseases:
O Mary, you shine continuously
on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope.
We entrust ourselves to you,
Health of the Sick, especially Raymond Leo Cardinal
Burke.
At the foot of the Cross you
participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast
faith.
You, Salvation of the Roman
People, know what we need.
We are certain that you will
provide, so that, as you did at Cana
of Galilee,
joy and feasting might return
after this moment of trial
Help us, Mother of Divine
Love, to conform ourselves to the Father’s
will
and to do what Jesus tells
us:
He who took our sufferings upon
Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us,
through the Cross, to the joy
of the Resurrection. Amen.
We seek refuge under your
protection, O Holy Mother of God.
Do not despise our pleas – we
who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious
and blessed Virgin.
(Mention your personal
intentions now, also that Cardinal Burke quickly returns to good
health, and for all who are suffering from contagious viruses and
diseases)

Mary,
