Hi there — it’s Joe, John’s campaign manager.

I am so proud of the grassroots support fueling our campaign, though in reviewing our latest fundraising report on ActBlue​​, my team has informed me that we are falling behind on our summer fundraising goals. Your donations have done so much to get us where we are today, but tomorrow is our mid-quarter deadline and if we slip behind on this goal it will be tough to keep up the momentum going forward.

Will you help us catch up by rushing a donation now? We need 200 contributions by Sunday at midnight to get our fundraising back on track.

Whether it’s $5 or $50, every donation makes a difference and gets us one step closer to hitting our August mid-quarter goal and continuing to build this movement. Together we can make history by electing John as the nation’s first Afro-Latino governor, but we can’t do it without you.
