Recently, Speaker Phelan and the House
Republicans took the action we've all been waiting for by signing
arrest warrants for each of the 52 Democrats who have still not
come back to the state Capitol.

process hostage through their absence and stolen over $300,000 of
tax-payer money in spending per diem's while they gallivant
around Washington, D.C., Europe and the Caribbean.
But now the House Democrats are suing
Governor Abbott, Speaker Phelan, and other Republicans.
