Folks, we’re seeing exciting developments in Washington:

This is great news for Arkansas -- the infrastructure plan allocates $65 billion to expand internet access in states. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity for strengthening broadband infrastructure in rural and low-income communities.
I’ve worked for years to improve access to broadband for education, economic opportunity, and community development so this is an issue that’s close to my heart.
We can’t miss this chance to move Arkansas forward by making investments in our broadband infrastructure. These federal funds are a great start, but we’re going to need strong local leadership to finish the job -- and I fully intend to maximize this opportunity as governor.
I plan to keep the ball rolling and continue to invest in Arkansas’s broadband infrastructure -- but I need your support. Will you pitch in and join my efforts to make high quality internet accessible for everyone in the state? [[link removed]]

My work as Executive Director of an innovation non-profit in Central Arkansas taught me that when you provide the tools that people need, their creativity can be unleashed in a way that solves today's problems. I saw so many folks that had the talent, and the drive to do big things -- the only thing missing was the resources to get those things done.
Expanding broadband could open up a world of possibilities for folks across the state. From farmers being able to use cutting edge technology to maximize their yields, to kids in rural areas being able to complete their homework online.
I’m running for governor to ensure every person in Arkansas has the resources they need to thrive -- and that starts with expanding our broadband infrastructure. Can you chip in to support my mission to deliver high speed broadband statewide? [[link removed]]
