Matt’s opponent, far-right extremist Teddy Daniels, took to Twitter to throw a fit after we pointed out some of the outrageous things he’s said and done in the past few weeks -- including insulting the brave men and women of the US Capitol and D.C. police forces for standing up for Democracy and palling around with Steve Bannon and members of the Oathkeeper militia group.
Daniels asked Matt what he's done, so I’d like to provide an inexhaustive list of the work Matt’s done just in the past few months:
Helped pass the American Rescue Plan to put emergency funds directly into the hands of American families
Continues to fight to pass an infrastructure bill that would invest millions of dollars into our roads and bridges, creating jobs and supporting small American businesses like many in Northeastern Pennsylvania
Introduced bills to give military veterans the health care they deserve
Fights every day to protect access to health care from far-right attacks from folks like Daniels
And so much more
Now, I have to ask… what has Daniels done for the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania and is he willing to work across the aisle to get things done for the people like Matt is?
