BREAKING: PROBLEM SOLVERS CAUCUS CO-CHAIR, MODERATE DEMOCRATS TELL SPEAKER PELOSI "BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE NOW!"

This morning, Problem Solvers Caucus Democratic co-chair Josh Gottheimer and eight other courageous House Democrats took a stand – they will not allow the reconciliation process to go forward until the bipartisan infrastructure bill has been sent to President Biden for his signature. Now, it’s time for No Labels to stand with them and engage in the fight for the two-party infrastructure bill and against Nancy Pelosi’s gambit to hold it up until she can also pass a separate, partisan $3.5T reconciliation bill. This moment is everything. Please contact Speaker Pelosi on Twitter to call for a vote now on the two-party bill. Click HERE to send the below tweet:

Anatomy of a Partisan Hit Job on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal
By No Labels

Recently, Republican Study Committee Chair Rep. Jim Banks released a memo in which he attacked the bipartisan infrastructure bill that just passed the Senate and now faces consideration in the House. His 10-point “takedown” was a mix of half-truths, non-truths, and exaggerations but provides a perfect example of how and why bipartisan deals usually fall apart in Washington. To give you a sense of just how dishonest this attack memo was, No Labels decided to go through and annotate it with a few comments.

MEET THE MOD SQUAD
By Ryan Clancy

You’ve heard of The Squad. Now, meet the Mod Squad. Nine moderate House Democrats — Reps. Carolyn Bourdeaux (D-GA), Ed Case (D-HI), Jim Costa (D-CA), Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Jared Golden (D-ME), Vincente Gonzalez (D-TX), Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), Kurt Schrader (D-OR), and Filemón Vela (D-TX) — have sent a letter to Speaker Pelosi explicitly stating for the first time that they “will not consider voting for a budget resolution until the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act passes the House and is signed into law.” For those who believe in two-party solutions and don’t want to risk seeing the Senate’s hard work...

SEND A TWEET AND TELL SPEAKER PELOSI: BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE NOW!

This moment is everything. We are standing in support of the will of the American people, in support of fairness, and for the values embodied by two-party solutions. And against the partisan, scheming, extreme voices that have stymied the kind of progress we all seek. Please contact Speaker Pelosi on Twitter to call for a vote now on the two-party bill.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she will not allow a vote on the just passed Senate infrastructure bill unless the Senate also passes the separate $3.5T reconciliation bill. Do you agree or disagree with the speaker’s position?
