John -- Yesterday the Census Bureau finally dropped the 2021 redistricting data. A few hours later, A.G. Holder appeared on Rachel Maddow’s show on MSNBC to discuss what Republicans will do to manipulate the maps:
"Republicans have to cheat in order to win. They’ll try to do what they can in Texas and Georgia and Florida and North Carolina."
