We're in the midst of the August recess and continuing to push the importance of health and health care directly to Members of Congress in their home districts. The August recess is a critical time for action and you can use our advocacy toolkits throughout the entire month! Below are the most up to date resources and events to help support your work:

* NEXT THURSDAY: Join us and other advocates from 12:00-12:30PM ET to #UniteForHealthCare on Twitter and dial up the pressure on Congress to center health in the upcoming package! Feel free to use this Thursday 30 Toolkit ([link removed]) , which we update and add to weekly. * Big Tent Call Next Tuesday: Tuesday (8/17) at 4:30pm EST Congresswoman Lauren Underwood (IL-14) will join our monthly Big Tent call to speak about the work of the Black Maternal Health Caucus and importance of including the Momnibus in reconciliation.
