Team,

We just got a look at Cory Gardner's Q3 fundraising report, and I've been poring over the numbers to see exactly what we're up against.

I can tell you right at the top that we've covered a lot of ground this quarter, but Gardner still holds a significant cash advantage. If that's all you need to hear, chip in today to help close the gap:

Gardner's report confirms something we've known all along: He's banking on support from corporate PACs and big-money special interests to hang on to this seat.

Let's look at the math. Just 11% of the nearly $2.5 million he raised last quarter came from grassroots donations. That stands in stark contrast to what this team accomplished.

Since we launched this campaign, 95% of our donations have been under $200, with the average grassroots donation being just $26.

These numbers prove that this grassroots team can compete. And the momentum is on our side---it took Gardner three months to raise what we nearly did in just five weeks.

That's no small feat, because we're building this the right way. John refuses to accept a single penny of corporate PAC money, which means that this campaign is being powered by everyday Coloradans.

I'm thrilled with this first report, team. We put a huge dent in Cory Gardner's head start. But he still has $5 million in the bank more than we do.

Our job is to close that gap one donation at a time--chip in whatever you can right now:
