Right-wing legislators around the country have drawn unfair districts that deny millions proper representation. Jennifer and Democrats in Congress are working to fix that.

Friend, the U.S. Census Bureau just released the data that will be used for redistricting.

This means that in the weeks and months ahead, we're going to watch state legislatures across the country draw new lines meant to maximize partisan advantage and deny millions of Americans fair representation.

Jennifer believes that legislators shouldn’t get to choose their voters or gerrymander their districts. She's consistently supported legislation (such as the For the People Act) to reduce partisan gerrymandering and make our democracy fairer.

We need to fight harder than ever to pass anti-gerrymandering legislation in Congress and advocate for fair districts at the state level. That's why Jennifer needs you to stand with her today. Please add your name to call for an end to gerrymandering >>

Gerrymandering dilutes the power of “one person, one vote.” In Virginia, it for years resulted in a legislature that didn't reflect the will of the people -- a legislature that made it harder to pass popular, common-sense policies like Medicaid expansion and gun safety.

Thanks to years of work by activists and legal advocates, we managed to strike down Virginia's gerrymander in court and finally get fair districts. But millions across the country will still lack proper representation until we end gerrymandering everywhere.

Our democracy cannot achieve its full potential until we end gerrymandering. Add your voice today to show that we are committed to that principle >>

Thank you,
