The State of North Dakota is working to end the addiction crisis impacting all our communities. We are seeking the help of every citizen to share their attitudes and knowledge of addiction by participating in the “North Dakota Addressing Addiction” Survey.

This quick, 10-minute survey will help us identify the challenges and opportunities related to addiction and recovery in the state. Your feedback will be instrumental in supporting healthy and safe communities that are free from addiction.
