Friends,
On this day four years ago, a legion of neo-Nazis, white supremacists and
nationalist militias descended on Charlottesville, Virginia. Their violent
display of racism, antisemitism and hatred left one person dead and a
country deeply shaken.

Friends -- since that day, the number of Americans sucked into
the vortex of far-right hatred has only grown.
Hate crimes and antisemitic attacks continue at disturbing levels. White
nationalist rhetoric spreads unchecked on social media. And many of the
very same groups from Charlottesville were present more than three years
later at the January 6 insurrection.
Our good friends at Integrity First for America are fighting back.
Through a groundbreaking federal lawsuit against the organizers of the
Charlottesville attack, their team aims to bankrupt and dismantle these
violent networks and their dark money funders -- and prevent them from
mobilizing further.
J Street is proud to support this effort -- and especially proud that
Integrity First counts two former J Street staff in senior leadership.
In the political realm, we’re continuing our own work to confront and
defeat those who traffic in xenophobia, bigotry and conspiracy theories
for their own political self-interest. We’re speaking out for the large
majority of American Jews who are determined to defend our democracy from
the far right.
[ [link removed] ]That’s why we’re asking if today -- on the anniversary of the attack on
Charlottesville -- you could make a split contribution to Integrity First
and J Street?
Your donation will fuel the fight against white nationalism in the courts,
in our communities and in the halls of power.

Today, the forces of white nationalism in our country and their
political allies in Congress continue to present a clear and present
threat to our people, to our society and to our democracy.
IFA's suit -- Sines v. Kessler -- is the only current major legal effort
to take on the vast leadership of the violent white nationalist movement.
It is sending a message to every hate group in the country: Americans will
not give in to violence and hate. We will defend the dignity and equality
of all people. And we will ensure this never happens again.
We must send that message not just to hate groups, but to every right-wing
politician who has used this surge of white nationalism to their
advantage. Donald Trump, Marjorie Taylor Greene and every one of their
allies across the country who’ve peddled racist conspiracies must hear
loud and clear that we will persist until they are defeated.

J Street is the political home for pro-Israel, pro-peace Americans who want
Israel to be secure, democratic and the national home of the Jewish people.
Working in American politics and the Jewish community, we advocate policies that
advance shared US and Israeli interests as well as Jewish and democratic values,
leading to a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
