Right now, we’re experiencing a real slowdown in our fundraising. It’s not unusual for this time of year, but it does put us behind where we need to be to reach our goals.

We’ve got some ground to make up ahead of our upcoming mid-month fundraising deadline. So I have to ask:

Look, folks, the sky’s not falling, and I’m not going to claim it is. We knew we might face a real fundraising slump this summer — especially as more folks are vaccinated, outside, and enjoying time with family they haven’t seen in a bit.

But the truth is that if we’re going to hang onto our Democratic Senate majority and keep fighting for progress on issues like infrastructure, climate change, and more, then we need to build up our resources now:
