Hello John,

It’s moving day at AAF! Finally, all 16 of us are moving from 480 square feet to a palatial 2200 sq ft LOFT OF OUR OWN! So, as soon as I finish this, I’ll join the crew in schlepping and wrasslin’ piles of stuff over to the new space (glittery costumes...bowls of plastic fetuses…a seven foot tall “Abortion Saves” Cross, you know, usual office essentials)! Wish us luck!

But most of the team will only have 10 minutes to enjoy the new digs because we are heading back out on the road in early November. Get ready Pacific Northwest, our comedy caravan is rollin’ up for some fun and activism in Eugene, Portland, and Seattle: That’s right, yours truly is headlining THREE BIG SHOWS, so tattoo that shit on your calendar!

Even though Oregon and Washington have few or no abortion restrictions, Oregon (like a boss) declined Title X funding so they could continue providing abortion care and now they’re struggling to fill those budget gaps. And in both states, fake clinics like Obria outnumber real clinics in alaming numbers. Of course we’ll be breaking all this shizz down during our postshow talkback with fierce local abortion providers and activists who will give us all some marching orders on how to protect PNW abortion access.
