[1]Tammy Duckworth

I am writing to you today to ask you to split a contribution between my campaign and my friend Maggie Hassan's campaign.

I’ll tell you a little more about Maggie in a moment, but if you can make that contribution now, please chip in at this link:

She won her last election by only 1,017 votes in one of the closest Senate races of all time. And a new poll shows that Maggie is actually one point behind right now. The Boston Globe called her the “most vulnerable Senate Democrat up for reelection.”

Maggie Hassan’s election could be the difference between a Democratically controlled Senate and one in the hands of Mitch McConnell. Which means it could be the difference between expanding health care access, supporting working families and taking action on climate change — OR moving backwards. She has to win. So please:

Split a contribution between our campaigns today. I need a leader like Maggie working alongside me in the Senate, and Democrats need to hold onto every single seat we have in the upcoming midterm elections.

Thank you.

All my best,

Tammy Duckworth
