Car thefts, assaults, and drug smuggling. It’s happening more than ever before
in our communities. 
 

Democrats want you to think this is a normal reaction to political unrest in
our urban cities. But we know that isn’t true. The shocking crime increases are
spilling over into rural Michigan communities as well.
 

Thanks to folks like Rashida Tlaib and the Radical Left’s mission to defund
our police, the streets are no longer safe. 
 

I’m Meshawn Maddock, the Co-Chair of the Michigan Republican Party. I am a
dedicated conservative and proud Republican. Fighting for our American values
and taking on the Radical Left is a personal mission for my family. My husband
serves in the Michigan House of Representatives. Together, we are fiercely
committed to taking back our state and our country for our children's future. 
 

Local law enforcement officials are in shock at the rapid increase in crime
rates. And with Democrats in control in Michigan and Washington, your safety
and security are in jeopardy. 
 

For four years, President Trump and Republican leaders in Washington stood
firm in support of our police officers. The men and women who serve in law
enforcement keep our communities safe at significant personal risk. 
 

And how do the Democrats repay them? Cutting funding, slashing budgets for
innovative technologies, and blatantly disrespecting officers. Just watch the
disgraceful display by Congresswoman Cori Bush last week!

Let’s get one thing straight: our police need resources AND respect.

We know Republicans will stand up for our law enforcement.
