Team — will you stand with me against the Brooklyn Pipeline? The National Grid North Brooklyn Pipeline Project is a pipeline that violates New York’s environmental goals at the expense of the Black and brown residents of Brooklyn.

The state’s Department of Public Service is set to decide on the pipeline soon. Will you sign on and take a stand against this?

Corporations that destroy our environment come into Black and brown communities, destroy the surroundings and release harmful toxins that affect the water and air in these communities, and, at the end of the day, are rarely held accountable.

For years, I’ve been fighting for just environmental policies that keep all communities — but especially underserved communities — safe. The Brooklyn Pipeline Project is not in line with New York’s climate goals, and charging citizens more for a worse environment does nothing but keep Black and brown communities sick, poor, and dying from the environment around them.
