The same Rep. Linsky who is listed as the cosponsor of a constitutional amendment seeking to bring a graduated tax system to Massachusetts, disguised as the "millionaires tax." If Linsky and the Democrats get their way, the constitutionally protected right of Massachusetts residents to equal taxation will be gone for good.
Yet paying his "fair share" is apparently too much to ask for Democrats like Rep. Linsky.
