John,

Unions helped build our country and our Commonwealth, and have been instrumental in establishing basic workplace protections nationwide. But today around the country, workers are under attack and unions are on the decline. And it stands to hurt our economy.

That’s why Val strongly supports efforts to protect every worker’s right to organize and bargain for better wages, quality health care, and a safe, respectful workplace — something we can achieve with the PRO Act.

Our country’s workers take pride in what they do — from cement workers and electricians, to educators and nurses. And our best way to show our pride in them is to protect their right to organize for a better workplace and livelihood.

The PRO Act would do that — support workers as they form unions and collectively bargain, hold corporations accountable for trying to union bust, and stop so-called “right to work” laws that are nothing more than a corporate power grab to leave workers with lower wages and fewer protections.

The House has already passed the PRO Act — now we just need the Senate to pass it so it can reach President Biden’s desk and become law.

Val believes we’ve got to do everything we can to help workers thrive. Will you add your name next to hers to call on the U.S. Senate to pass the PRO Act to strengthen and support our workforce?
