You’ve probably heard by now that Republicans only need to flip five seats to take back control of the House of Representatives in 2022. But here’s something you might not know: they’re trying to turn NY-04 red.

The NRCC — the National Republican Congressional Committee — put Kathleen on their “offensive target” list for the midterm elections and described her on their website as “vulnerable.” Here’s the thing: Republicans wouldn’t be spending their resources attacking us if they didn’t think they had a real chance of taking this seat.

Being a top target of the Republican Party is serious business. They’re already preparing resources, calling major donors, and strategizing smear tactics to bring us down. But we’re not scared of them because we have something more powerful: grassroots supporters like you.
