Two weeks ago, Mike Pence — anti-choice extremist, former vice president, and lackey to the tyrannical Donald Trump — joined right-wing groups across the country in advocating for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade in the upcoming Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case. For Pence, this is just another step towards his goal to send Roe v. Wade to "the ash heap of history.” (1) For abortion access, this case could be absolutely disastrous.

Pence’s White House days may be over, but his anti-choice legacy — and the conservative justices his administration appointed — continue to threaten reproductive freedom across the country. Anti-choice extremists like Mike Pence will keep pushing to see their dream of a world without Roe come true — that’s why we need to solidify legal protections for abortion NOW.

We only have a few months to pass federal legislation to protect our legal right to abortion before the Supreme Court hears a direct challenge to Roe . Urge your member of Congress to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA) now! [[link removed]]
