Dear John, Florida Rising is committed to fight for justice year-round! That is why we will be holding a Statewide People’s Assembly on August 17th at 6:30PM.The event will be entirely on Zoom and we will be discussing the organization’s core issue areas while accepting feedback from our members regarding our statewide policies and priorities. Members will also have the chance to vote for our priorities for the upcoming legislative session.

Florida Rising está dedicada a la lucha por la justicia todo el año. Es por esta razón que tendremos una Asamblea Popular Estatal el 17 de Agosto a las 6:30PM.

El evento será completamente en Zoom y hablaremos acerca de los problemas principales en los que se enfoca nuestra organización y aceptaremos sugerencias acerca de nuestras políticas y prioridades a nivel estatal. Los miembros también tendrán la oportunidad de votar por nuestras prioridades durante la próxima sesión legislativa. Juntos continuaremos nuestro compromiso de luchar por la justicia racial y mejorar las vidas de todas las personas en la Florida.
